Kostis is responsible for the development of Urban Planning and Regional Planning Applications of Map. He has a diploma from the School of Rural and Surveying Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and has deep knowledge of GIS applications. He is specialized in the organizing and elaboration of topographic, urban planning and regional planning projects, mainly for Local Authorities. He has twenty years of experience and holds the highest technical level (C) at the National Technical Consultants Register for surveying and urban planning studies. He has elaborated many relative studies, like Cadastral Surveys, Urban Planning for Town Plan expansion/alteration, Land-Use Planning etc. mainly with the use of GIS technology. In his free time he enjoys culinary explorations, family and sailing trips.
